This was by far the worst experience with a merchant I’ve ever had by far. We were promised a mock up of the socks 24 hours later, this was not the case. We emailed them a few days later to address the issue, again, to no avail. After our 3rd time emailing the company we received a mock up, with no apology, no explanation, just a response sayin “How’s this!”. We asked for an adjustment to be made to the design, yet again, no response to our email. Nevertheless we figure out feedback would be heard and the socks would be fixed. When the socks arrived (over a month after they were originally ordered!) the design had not been fixed the way we had requested. Our emails went unanswered, our requests as well, there has been no follow up explanation or apology from the company either. If I can make any recommendation, look elsewhere for your socks. Never ordering from Schweet again and making sure everybody I know know’s not to as well. Be better.
Looove these socks! I received some as a present at Christmas, & then I ordered a pair to gift back to the person who got them for me. They are 100% custom & the designer will send you a mock up to approve before they are made. After seeing the first mock up, I asked to change the color ... no big deal - done within a few hours! It's a perfect gift for dog lovers!
Everyone loves my socks! Will definitely be ordering a few more pairs with our other pups faces for myself- and to also give away as gifts. Thank you so much!
It took almost a month to get the socks. I only got a mock up after 20 days because I asked for it. They really aren’t socks either, it’s more like a nylon tube that will hopefully form to your feet eventually
I ordered these socks at Christmas for my husband. I liked them so much that I ordered them for my dad as a Father’s day gift. On 6/6/2020, I ordered custom socks with pictures of his 2 dogs. Since the website says ‘created in 1 business day’, I thought it was plenty early to order for Father’s Day. I emailed the owner, Sean on 6/11 to check on the status of my socks (I knew from last time that I would receive a ‘proof’ to make sure the picture was approved). I didn’t hear back from him, so I emailed again on 6/17, just asking for a status update. No response. Emailed again on 6/19 and again on 6/25. His website provides only an email address, no phone number. On 7/2, I filed a claim with my credit card company and posted a nasty review on the website (which has since been removed from his website). Miraculously, on 7/3, I received the email ‘proof’ from Sean. The proof wasn’t right, it only had 1 dog on it (remember, I had requested 2 pictures). I emailed Sean within an hour of receiving this, letting him know that it wasn’t correct. No response. On 7/8, I received an email saying that my order had shipped. I immediately responded, reminding him that the proof was incorrect. No response. Today, 7/11, I received the incorrect socks with only 1 dog on it. The customer service was non-existent and the product sent was wrong.
